help! picasa's hello keep telling me the following error.
Error: com.google.blogger.exceptions.RateLimitingException: For anti-spam verification purposes, please login to Blogger.com and create a post on your blog. You will need to solve a CAPTCHA.

i know, it require a manually CAPTCHA authentication. but it should give me a chance to enter the CAPTCHA word, not just give me a error.
